General Terms – PLEASE READ

The total training fees are payable on booking, in advance, and are non-refundable.

Class dates and times booked and are not changeable.

The lesson is for 50 minutes, please be punctual for the start of the lesson.

The dog is your responsibility during the lesson.

Dogs are to remain on leads at all times unless instructed otherwise.

Please clear up after your dog. If in the hall, please disinfect the area after cleaning up. This will be supplied. Do please try and toilet your dog before the lessons.

As per COVID rules, masks must be worn in the hall.

Paddy Whack Dog Training will endeavour to create as safe an environment as possible for the training and care of the dog(s) identified above (the “Dog”).

The Owner agrees, however, that all animals may exhibit unpredictable behaviours and that Paddy Whack Dog Training will not be liable for the actions of the Dog.

The Owner agrees that the recommendation by Paddy Whack Training of any product or service is not a guarantee of performance or Owners satisfaction with that product or service.

I understand that from this day onwards, I shall indemnify and hold harmless Paddy Whack Training from and against all claims, damages, costs and liabilities in respect of any loss, damage or personal injury sustained by me or any third party which is directly or indirectly caused by the Dog.

Photo/Video Release (All Clients)

I hereby assign and grant to Paddy Whack Dog Training the right and permission to use, reproduce, distribute, and publish the photograph(s), film(s), videotape(s), audio and video recording(s), electronic representation(s) and/or sound recording(s) made of me and/or my dog(s) at any time during the training of my dog(s) by Paddy Whack Dog Training, and I hereby release Paddy Whack Dog Training from any and all liability resulting from such use, reproduction, distribution, and publication.

I hereby authorise the reproduction, sale, distribution, copyright, exhibit, broadcast, and/or electronic storage of any and all such photograph(s), film(s), videotape(s), audio and video recording(s), electronic representation(s) and/or sound recording(s) without limitation at the discretion of Paddy Whack Dog Training and I specifically waive any right to any compensation I may have for any of the foregoing.

Data Protection

Any information and data provided by the Client to Paddy Whack Dog Training is used for the specified and explicit services required, any information requested from the Client is only to be used fairly, lawfully and transparently by Paddy Whack Dog Training.

The information required from the Client is adequate and relevant and limited to only what is necessary for the services provided from Paddy Whack Dog Training.

The Client is required to supply and maintain personal information accurately and up to date with Paddy Whack Dog Training at all times whilst our services are being used. The information will be kept secure and confidential and Paddy Whack Dog Training will take all reasonable precautions and protect against unlawful or unauthorised processing, access, loss, destruction or damage to any Client information or data.

In the event of termination of this Agreement Paddy Whack Dog Training shall when directed to do so, by the Client, erase all information and data provided by the client or within 30 days of cancellation of services.

We have been taking Freddie, our border terrier to Val (paddywhackdogtraining) since we got him at 8 weeks old. He wasn't toilet trained and didn’t sleep through the night. Val helped us with all that. We have worked on his house manners, recall, lead work and not jumping up, and many other fun things to keep him happy. Finn, my German Shorthaired Pointer, and I did a number of sessions with Val starting with the basics, leading up to more Gun Dog focused training. Her professional manner and insight into Finn’s areas of weakness was brilliant, she gave me the tools and reassurance necessary to make further progress with Finn’s training, building confidence between myself and my dog. Finn, now 14 months, has a fantastic recall, is a balanced and sociable dog and a real joy to have and this is very much down to the work Val put in with us both.
